  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Packaging

  Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping materials, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Collection or Shipping

  For large items like pinball machines or pool tables, we will schedule a professional collection; for smaller items, use a tracked courier service to send the item to our showroom.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
